Horus was founded with a clear purpose: to build quality housing accessible to families in Chișinău. Over the years, we have grown from a single project into a full portfolio of residential complexes known throughout the capital.

Every Horus project is the result of careful planning — from site selection and construction materials to the design of communal areas and surrounding infrastructure. We don't just build buildings, we build communities.

We work exclusively with leading suppliers: Kleemann for lifts, Vaillant and Protherm for heating systems, Baumit for facades, Viva Plast for windows. Quality isn't just a choice for us — it's our standard.

The company was founded with the goal of building modern, affordable and high-quality housing in Chișinău.

Horus Paradise
The first major residential complex on the lakeshore at Albișoara Street — 255 apartments, 6 residential blocks, penthouses with panoramic terraces.
2018
Florilor Residence
484 apartments across 5 residential blocks on Florilor Street — gated courtyard, Kleemann lifts, full infrastructure.
